Learn how to optimize your business by surrounding yourself with people that have complementary strengths. 

For this program, all participants will purchase and read the book, "Strength Finder" by Tom Rath.  All participants will then complete an exercise that defines ones strengths and will mail the completed exercise to Dr. Smith by May 7.  Dr. Smith will then use this session on June 26 to show participants how to optimize their businesses by surrounding themselves with people that have complementary strengths. 

$25 Course material is required to be purchased by April 2012.  This will allow participants to have adequate time to read the course material and complete the book exercise by early May!
