The perfect way to showcase your business

The Chamber hosts Business After Hours every other month at various locations throughout Holly Springs and the surrounding area and are typically held at the sponsor’s place of business.

Tips for Hosting a Successful Business After Hours

  • Invite people you do business with (Distributors, Financial affiliations, Select Customers, Prospects, etc.)
  • Select date at least 2-3 months in advance enabling website exposure, more time to promote event.
  • Determine food and beverage.  Several fellow Chamber Members cater – be sure to check with them first.
  • Obtain and advertise door prizes
  • If your office/facility is not suitable, choose a site easily accessible to Holly Springs; several chamber businesses can accommodate your needs.
  • Provide promotional products, i.e. pencils, pens at event.
  • Take advantage of mailing labels of all chamber members to send personal invitations.
  • Attend prior chamber events to self promote your upcoming chamber event.
  • Consider another compatible chamber business to co-host event with.
  • Continue an open line of communication with the Chamber so that we may best support your event. Your successful event is our success!
