A fantastic networking & sponsorship opportunity
Our monthly Breakfast Eye Openers (BEO) generally draw a standing room only crowd and are a great way to network and, as a host, cost-effectively promote your business. The typical BEO consists of:
- Networking / Coffee & Muffins
- Introductions
- 3-5 minutes from the BEO sponsor
- Presentation from featured speaker(s)
- Drawings for door prizes
When & Where?
BEOs are typically held the first Tuesday of the month from 8am to 9am at various member businesses.
Don’t forget!
Be sure to have plenty of business cards as this is an excellent networking opportunity!
- Invite people you do business with (Distributors, Financial affiliations, Select Customers, Prospects, etc.)
- Select date at least 2-3 months in advance enabling website exposure, more time to promote event.
- Obtain and advertise door prizes
- Choose site easily accessible to Holly Springs with separate room; several chamber businesses can accommodate your needs.
- Provide promotional products, i.e. pencils, pens at event.
- Take advantage of mailing labels of all chamber members to send personal invitations.
- Attend prior chamber events to self promote your upcoming chamber event.
- Consider another compatible chamber business to co-host event with.
- Continue an open line of communication with Chamber so that we may best support your event. Your successful event is our success!
